Welcome to our web site! Thank you for logging on. You've logged on to the website of the Diocesan Pastoral Centre,
of the newly created Diocese of Sindhudurg. Our Bishop is Rev. Alwyn Barretto, who was consecrated on 5th October 2005. The
Director of Navsarni is Fr. Francis D'Souza.
Navsarni ( which means "Renewal" ), stands within the sylvan surroundings of Sawantwadi, just before Goa. It
is a well spaced campus, ideal for prayer, training, formation, camps and rest.
Many groups of people - religious and lay - have found this centre, an ideal place for their numerous programmes.
You too will discover the beauty of "renewal", within the peaceful, calm and green surroundings of Navsarni.

Facilities:
• Conference
Hall with a seating capacity of 200 in the hall and 200 in the varandah. It has a sound system and collapsible doors,
which when opened helps in catering to the people in the varandah.
Ideally situated for the purpose of seminars and
educational programmes because of its ‘no external disturbance’. There are student desks for about 75 to enable
to take down notes.
• Lecture Rooms can be used when the number of participants are about 30 to
40.
• Accomodation for 100 can easily be done.
. 25 self contained rooms with
two beds in each room, and four dormitories with accommodation for 15 each with mattresses. Solar Heated Water is available
all the year round.
• Meals as per your request can be provide for 125 people in the dining
hall.
• Open Space for walks and relaxation and the lush green lawns and vegetation help in soothing
the mind.
